I ALREADY HAVE LIGHTS. WILL YOU HANG THOSE FOR ME?We do not install lights supplied by the client. Your Kringle Crew will bring custom fitted lights just for your home. We want to ensure the highest quality we can and keep everything uniform.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY LIGHTS STOP WORKING?A member of our Kringle Crew will make a service stop within 48 hours. We will 1st try and walk you through a simple fix with the resetting of your GFCI outlet, which more times than not, is the culprit for a light outage. 2 service calls are included but rarely needed.

DO YOU COME BACK AND TAKE THE LIGHTS DOWN?Yes. All installs include the removal of the lights. Removal will begin in the beginning of January. (weather permitting) You may of course simply unplug your lights if you no longer want them on after the holidays pass.

WILL YOU DESIGN OR DO I HAVE TO HAVE A PLAN?Designing your holiday display is a breeze for us. We get your choice of color light and a picture of your home and we will email you a couple of virtual proofs of your home in holiday lights.

DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM?Yes we do. If you book with us before Halloween, our minimum is $1875. If you book after Halloween the minimum is $2250.

DO I HAVE TO STORE THE LIGHTS AFTER THEY ARE TAKEN DOWN?The Kringle Effect owns all lights, decorations and equipment used to decorate your home. We offer our clients the hassle free joy of taking care of all that goes with decorating. That includes the removal and the storage.

DO YOU OFFER A DISCOUNT IF WE BOOK WITH YOU FOR NEXT YEAR?Yes. After your takedown is complete you will receive an email requesting a review of our services. This email will offer you the chance to sign up early for the next year at a discounted rate.

DO YOU REQUIRE A DEPOSIT?Yes. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking. The balance is due the day of your install.

DO YOU SUPPLY AUTOMATIC TIMERS?Yes. Your Kringle Crew will bring everything that is needed to create your winter wonderland and that includes the convenience of automated timers. You just have to make sure you have a GFCI outdoor outlet easily accessible to power your display. Your timer will have few different setting so you can decide when you want your lights to come on and when they turn off.
